Thunder cannot analyze a link
Check your connection, update yt-dlp in the tool manager, and try again. Some sources require cookies or authentication and may change their interfaces without notice.
Audio or video is missing
Check FFmpeg and ffprobe. Player uses a local HLS fallback for formats Chromium cannot play directly.
The installer reports an unknown publisher
Current Windows and macOS builds are not signed. Use only files from the official GitHub Release and compare the SHA-256 shown on the download page.
Where is data stored?
- macOS:
~/Library/Application Support/Thunder Load - Windows:
%APPDATA%/Thunder Load
The historical folder name is preserved for update compatibility.
How do I report a bug?
Copy diagnostics from Settings and create an issue in the GitHub repository. Remove private paths, links, and cookies before posting.
